PaiZan’s Pizzeria Cucina never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. The crust has the perfect texture, and every slice is packed with flavor. The menu has plenty of great options, and everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, or ordering for a group, PaiZan’s is a great choice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for amazing pizza and Italian food!

Hands down one of the best pizza spots in The Bronx. They also don't use cheap meat or cheese like you'd find in Manhattan. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Not only is the pizza good but the establishment itself is very clean compared to other pizza shops. It's family owned and operated and they really make you feel at home with their hospitality and kindness. Also, ask about their homemade bread pudding next time you're there, the best bread pudding I've ever had.

The best pizzeria, deserves more business! The food was amazing, chicken francese pizza slices are delicious and crispy. Same with the plain cheese pies, another note is to not skip on the garlic knots. The service was amazing and super nice to talk to, you can tell they care for not only the customer service but the way the food comes out. DO NOT SKIP OUT ON THIS NEW PIZZERIA!!

2 PaiZan's is City Island's own bronx style pizzeria. With a rotating selection of limited topping and specialty pies, 2 PaiZan's is a MUST-stop-slice-shop for anyone traveling to or residing within the City Island confines. In addition to the pies, 2 PaiZan's offers a range of other interesting and delicious options, from bureks to cheesecakes, pepperoni rolls to full blown catering trays, and 3/6ft heroes to fries and garlic knots. Great space for small parties or solo eaters. Eat-in, take-out or delivery options. Remember as times change (and tariff insanity ensues) so do food prices, so be sure to check in with your server for the latest pricing information. Friendly service and warm facilities round out your experience at 2 PaiZan's. No parking lot, but on-street spots abound. Just go and get a slice already... and then come back for more!

A Hidden Gem on City Island! I rarely write reviews, but 2 PaiZans Pizzeria deserves all the praise—and more! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the pride, culture, and heart behind this family-run spot. The staff treats you like you’re part of the family, and the food? Next level. Their pizza is perfectly crisp with a chewy crust and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. You can taste the tradition in every bite. But don’t stop at the pizza—try the burek or the Albanian-style dishes. It’s not often you find a pizzeria serving such a unique mix of Italian and Balkan flavors—and doing it so well. The sandwich was a knockout, and the strawberries with chocolate and pistachio was the perfect finish. It’s clear they put love into everything they do, and that love shows. Clean, welcoming space, great music, and a truly local vibe you can’t fake. Whether you’re a City Island regular or just passing through—this is the place to eat. Huge respect to the owners for keeping it authentic and delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
